How to reach the Simscanner editorial team

Simscanner is a publishing site. There is no commercial team to reach because there is no commercial relationship between Simscanner and any brand it covers. The right channel for almost every enquiry is the editorial team.

Corrections SLA

If you spot an error

Include three things in your message so we can resolve it quickly:

  1. The full URL of the page where the error appears.
  2. The exact wording you dispute, quoted from the page.
  3. A source we can verify against (the brand's own page, the country's telecom regulator, the network operator's own page).

Working timeframes:

  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days.
  • Investigation within 5 working days.
  • Resolution within 7 working days. A correction is published with a dated revision note. A rejection is documented with a citation.

Brands cannot pre-review rankings. Brands cannot remove a sourced fact by request alone. The full editorial independence policy is at zero paid placements.
